Here's the latest about lead times:

As of the beginning of August, we have a minimal backlog, which permits us to take on select projects for new additions and new homes. Please call 301-416-8499 to schedule your initial consultation this month, for projects to be designed and drawn over the early autumn, and to be constructed starting as soon as early winter. Keep in mind that no matter what time of year, the entire design and drawing process takes at least a few months, from the time you send us your signed contract until the time that you have the completed drawings in hand to apply for your building permit.
