Backlog as of early July is minimal. If you have a potential new project, please e-mail tracy@finelinehomedesign.com or call 301-416-8499 to schedule your initial consultation. Depending on the size and complexity of your job, the entire design and drawing process generally takes several weeks to a few months, from the time you send in your signed contract until the time that you have the completed drawings in hand to apply for your building permit. Quick decision-making on your part and little backlog in your county's Plan Review Department means that you could plan on breaking ground in early Fall.
